Formerly the village sweet shop, Bobbin is a quaint, peaceful and cosy terraced cottage in a quiet position on the banks of the river Aire, with views across the village green to the 16th century church tower. The cottage has real charm and provides comfortable and well furnished accommodation in a lovely setting. The sitting room has a working open fireplace and wooden floors. The village offers a good range of amenities with extensive village greens and riverside walks.
One double bedroom with pretty views of the river. Bathroom with good electric shower over bath, washbasin and WC. Compact fitted kitchen with microwave and washer/dryer. Sitting/dining room with wooden floor and open fire.
Full gas central heating and additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, colour TV, DVD player, library of books and games.
All fuel and power is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels provided and also included in the rent. Cot and highchair provided where prior notice is given. One well behaved pet welcome. Sitting out area in open plan garden with garden furniture and small BBQ. Roadside parking for one car.
